At restaurant Tempo the keyword is recognizability – but it’s not recognizability as you know it!

 

At first glance, the menu looks recognizable, but if you zoom closer in on the ingredients, you’ll see that we have developed on the dishes, you thought you knew so well.

 

The classic Italian kitchen is the guideline, but we gently twist the dishes it in a way, you wouldn’t have thought of. Like Italian football or fashion – stylish but always with a twirl.

We’re not avantgarde, at the end the food shall be tasty and a good experience. But we reserve the right to do things our way, play with ingredients and challenge the common perception of classic Italian dishes.

Restaurant Tempo at Sankt Annæ Plads is run, among others, by Torben Klitbo, who has been involved in creating award winning restaurants like Høst, Llama, Scarpetta, The Fat Pike and now Tempo.
